Our Junior Student Leaders recently attended the annual GRIP Leadership Conference at the Sleeman Sports Complex in Chandler. GRIP stands for Generosity, Responsibility, Integrity, and People.

Hundreds of Junior Student Leaders from schools around the Brisbane area attended the event, held on Monday 26 February, which focused on the qualities a good leader should possess. This particular conference was based around the theme of “Transformers” and explained how good leadership can produce positive changes.

The student leaders had time to discuss potential new ideas and projects amongst themselves and also with their counterparts from other schools. We wish them all the best as they work towards keeping our college a happy, vibrant place and perhaps introduce some of the new ideas they have brought back with them.
