The Music Department has been competing this year in the Queensland Youth Music Awards (QYMA) and the Quota Beenleigh International Eisteddfod. They have achieved some strong results. Here are the results from the QYMA:

Melodious Voices Choir – Silver Award

Viva Voce Choir – Silver Award

Primary Concert Band – Silver Award

Mozart Strings – Bronze Award

Pizzicato Strings – Silver Award

In the Quota Beenleigh Eisteddfod, the Melodious Voices Choir earned 3rd place – 90% in the Novelty Choir category, while Viva Voce Choir earned 2nd place – 92% in the Vocal Showcase category.
