Former Northpine Student and budding scholar from the class of 2015 Tiffanie Turnbull has received a well-deserved $1,000 bursary from the National Council of Women of Queensland. It was presented by Mayor Allan Sutherland for the work that Tiffanie has been doing in her community with the Pine Rivers District RSL, ANZAC day ceremonies and continued leadership and involvement in Northpine’s Mentoring program.

Tiffanie is an active journalism student at QUT and is looking forward to continuing her degree as she begins a 6 week internship in Jakarta, Indonesia.
