Speech Competition 2021

Tuesday, 14/09/2021 Posted by: Tammy Howse

The finals of our annual Primary Speech Competition were held on Friday 10 September  in the PA Centre. Parents, students, class teachers and guest judges listened to some amazing speeches presented by our incredibly talented students. This year our Year 3 and 4 students spoke on the topic “A Unique Animal in God’s Creation” and the Year 5 and 6 students spoke about “What I believe the World will be like in 2050.” Our three finalist judges, Mrs Mamata, Miss Pratt and Miss Sheather were very impressed by the quality of the presentations and the confidence shown by our young finalists in presenting their speeches. A big thankyou to Miss Sheather, a Year 12 student, who was a finalist nine years ago when the same topics were presented.

Congratulations once again to our winners and to all those who made it through to the semi-finals and finals.
