Junior

All students study a range of subjects covering the Key Learning Areas.  Students in the Junior age group (Years 3-6) take on more responsibility for their learning and are starting to do many learning tasks on their own with little or no supervision. Though students are developing more independence in their learning, they still need encouragement and guidance educationally, socially and emotionally as they approach adolescence and search for self-identity.

Our Junior program is designed to provide encouragement, stimulate young minds and build on the students’ existing knowledge, skills and enthusiasm for learning. Students are challenged and inspired to explore, learn and grow intellectually, socially, emotionally and spiritually so they will be equipped to make wise decisions as informed members of society.

Our Values Program is introduced in the Primary School developing positive character and social traits as the children grow. This program is produced by our Chaplaincy and supported by teachers in the classroom through various learning experiences.  This year’s theme for our Values Program is “Growing with God.
