Year Level Camps
Camps at Northpine commence in Year 6 and go through to Year 11. We believe the camp program provides an important foundation for all students to experience learning outside of the classroom environment.

Our camps program is designed to put students outside of their comfort zone and give them the opportunity to face different challenges and for them to problem solve on their own or part of a team.

Outdoor education helps deliver diversity in education and is a wonderful learning environment in the spiritual, physical and emotional sense.

The aim of our camps program is to provide an enjoyable learning experience that promotes aspects of personal development such as self-esteem, resourcefulness, independence, leadership, co-operation, tolerance and determination.

Students can participate in mountain biking, abseiling, team challenges, cooking in the bush, hiking, rafting, high ropes course, campcraft skill and canoeing. By participating, students progress their personal development, team work, and environmental awareness. They also have fun and learn to be safe in the outdoors.
